Develop a Strategic Plan

The strategic plan details an organization’s direction, focus, and vision for the next one to three years. It describes the organization's programs and services, as well as outlining its plans for operations, marketing, fundraising, and financial management. A strategic plan is dynamic—it can be updated as often as practical and should reflect current changes in the organization, its environment, and long-range vision.
