Draft a Concept Paper

The initial concept paper is used to present a proposed organization to potential board members, contributors, and the community.  The concept paper should be approximately three to five pages typed and include a summary of the following elements:

• Purpose and mission statement
• Survey of the issue(s) and problem(s)
• Description of the organization
• General goals and activities
• Future plans and vision
