Mayoral Awards - Eligibility

Who is Eligible

  • Full-time and part-time permanent District employees with at least one year of service.

Excluding –

  • Executive and Excepted Service appointees
  • Interns/Fellows
  • Volunteers
  • Repeat winners for current year

Eligibility Criteria

All District employees must…

  • Show outstanding performance beyond day-to-day duties
  • Exhibit Values in work performance
  • Be in good standing
  • No current disciplinary action
  • Have received at least a Valued Performer (or equivalent) performance rating during the last rating period
