Mayor Bowser to Accept Furniture Donation from Aaron's for Transitional Housing
(Washington, DC) – On Monday, March 21 at 2:00 p.m., Mayor Bowser will join with community members and representatives from Aaron's, a furniture leasing company, to accept a large donation of furniture for transitional housing for families who have experienced homelessness.
Aaron's is outfitting 28 apartment-style units with living room and bedroom furniture at the District-backed Jobs Have Priority facility at Naylor Road in Ward 8.
