Mayor Bowser to Announce $90 Million in Affordable Housing Opportunities
(Washington, DC) – Tomorrow, Mayor Muriel Bowser will announce the winners of 12 projects chosen by the District that will provide more than 800 units of affordable housing for an estimated 1,760 D.C. residents. These projects reinforce the mayor’s commitment to devote $100 million into the Housing Production Trust Fund in her budget each year. Funding will provide the resources necessary to both preserve and produce affordable housing across the District.
