In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, pursuant to section 103.01 Article 17 item C of the District’s Manual for Standard Specifications for Highways and Structures, there will be a suspension of work in the District of Columbia. Lane closures will not be allowed for non-emergency work in the roadways and sidewalks within the District’s right of way from Wednesday, November 26, after 12 pm to Friday, November 28, 2014 at 9:30 am.
